You can use the label,and put it on the parcel, give it to DHL.
Then you can send item back.
Maybe when you send it, the staff of DHL will ask you need our account.
We can't provide our account to the customer.
So we suggest you find the tracking number on label, then tell DHL.
You will send it successfully.
