Undelivered order

Thank you for your support to TinyDeal.As it is international shipping, it is a long distance. Generally it takes 15-30 business days (2-4 weeks) for delivery depending on your location. However, the shipping time may last to 50 days in special Festivals such as Spring Festival and Christmas Day. If there is strike or natural disasters in your place, the order may be delayed too.If you do not get the item in 35 days from the shipping date, please inform us. We will write to the post office to check. If the time you inform us about the non-delivery is beyond the query term, post office will refuse to check. How to install the correct Google Play Store to your (Android) phone/tablet.

Recently, we received a problem most customers concerned that they cannot use Google Play Store. Someone told that the device does not have the app. And someone told that the app flashes back or there is no reaction when they click the label of the app. Please don’t worry. This is the tutorial for you to install the correct Google Play Store to your phone or tablet. (Android)Step1: Download two necessary tools: 1. Google Services Framework, 2. You just need to check the three numbers which we indicate in the picture (The red frame)Secondly: You need to know three features of your device: Android version, CPU and Screen DPI. Finally: Find the correct version to download.
Tips: Please download Google Play services with the correct version According to the one-to-one correspondence.
There is a table for your checking:

First number =  Android version

Second number = CPU

Third number = Screen  DPI

0 = below android 5.0                 

1 = armeabi 

0 = Generic version

4 = Android 5.0 or above 5.0               

3 = armeabi=v7a      

2 = 160 

7 = Android 5.0 or above 5.0              

4 = arm64=v8a

4 = 240 

8 = TV version                  

7 = x86      

6 = 320 

                           

 

8 = 480

We give three examples:
1. If your device is Android 5.0, CPU is arm64-v8a, and Screen DPI is 320, you need to choose 446 (Or 746) to download.
2.If your device is Android 5.0, CPU is armeabi-v7a, and Screen DPI is Generic version, you need to choose 430 (or 730) to download.
3.If your device is Android TV version, CPU is armeabi-v7a, and Screen DPI is Generic version, you need to choose 030 to download.
Step3: After you download the correct the version, please enter: Setting --- App --- All, then Clear the Cache of Google Service Framework, Play Store and Google Play services.Step4: Restart your device and Login. If you pay via paypal account, you can change your address from your paypal account profile by the following steps:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
3. Click My details under My Profile.
4. Click Update in the Address section.
5. Click Edit
6. Enter your changes and click Save.
7. Your new address is successfully added.
 
If your address is associated with your PayPal Plus Credit Card or PayPal Buyer Credit, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the Profile subtab.
3. Click the PayPal Plus Credit Card link under the Financial Information column.
4. Click the Account Information button under your account number.
5. Click the Log out and continue button to log out of your PayPal account and go to the PayPal Credit Service Center.
6. Click the Change Personal Information link under Account Summary.
7. Edit your street address and click Continue. 8. Your address is updated.Please note that you can’t change your address to another country.
If you're moving abroad, you’ll need to close your existing account and open a new account.

I received less items than I ordered

A picture of all the items you received including their original packages and the actual weight of the package you received (you can put all the items on a scale, an take a picture of it to show the weight of them——Important)3. What if my package is lost or stolen?

Thanks for your support to TinyDeal.If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you do not get it, please do as following:
1.Verify the shipping address
2.Go to your local post office and check
3.Look for a notice of attempted delivery
4.Look around the delivery location for your package
5.See if someone else accepted the delivery
6.Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
7.Wait 24 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 24 hours prior to arrival. If you believe your items have been stolen or lost:
•DO NOT sign for it and ask your post office for compensation Meanwhile,you can contact us to check the parcel status •If you DID sign for the parcel without checking the status of the items and it's stolen or lost, please forgive us for not being able to ask for any compensation on our end as the post office of shipping this parcel admits that you have checked and received the items. No further investigation could be done in our post office for the delivered package.
    In this situation, you need to contact your local post office and ask for details. Because it's their responsibility to check it before delivery. An official compliant in your post office could be needed if necessary.

Why CPU frequency is not the same as the description?

Welcome to TinyDeal.The CPU frequency wrote in the description is the tested data when CPU operate at full load.
For example, MTK6592 1.7GHz, it’s not always operate in 1.7GHz stably. It can adjust the frequency according to the temperature and workload.
For instance, it is 200MHz on standby but could be 600MHz when you are watching movies. It will rise to highest frequency when big games are played.When operating at full load, it also not in the highest frequency all the time. CPU has a temperature threshold. When the temperature of CPU up to threshold, it will reduce frequency and increase frequency when temperature down.So the data you tested with some apps from play store is often less than the frequency wrote in the description generally.
