How to use “contact us” to solve your problem ?

    If you have already purchased from us, and got problems with your items, please feel free to contact us, we will try our best to help you.

     

    Please login your account on Tinydeal first,

     

    Enter My Account (Ordering Manager) page where you could find your order records and order numbers.

     

    Press "Contact us" to enter the contact us page: https://help.tinydeal.com/contact-us

     

    or choose "contact us" under "Help" directly,

     

    Choose "After-sale", and choose the relevant order number,

     

    Then please choose the type of your problem,

     

    Then upload the required photos, write down the details of the problem, after that please press "Submit",

     

    Tinydeal customer service will receive your message and reply to your email which is your Tinydeal account email.

     

    If your problem type is "Defective item received" or "Broken or Wrong or less Items received", don't forget o upload the photos of the problem to help our customer service understand the problem better and resolve it quickly.
