Why our clients need to pay for the extra DHL postage?

According to the relevant policy of DHL, our system upgraded the express fee of remote areas. When your payment enters our system, it will have a test for the delivery address. If the address belongs to the remote area, our system will contact you by an email for the extra payment. Then when you reply the email, you can choose to pay for the extra cost or change the way to air mail post. If you choose the second option, the postage of DHL you paid before will be refunded to you after we send the package.
