    NOTE 1: Before you contact your local DPD or the one in France, please go to http://www.sfb2c.com/?a=trackEn to get your service provider number first. For example, you can use the tracking number we provide like ‘9940****1743’ to search it on the site above, ‘04569****073877’ would be the service provider number you need to contact with DPD.

    NOTE 2:If tax issues occur to your parcels, please check your registered TD/Paypal email as French DPD will send you payment link and tax amount to the email. Please click the payment link and pay with your credit card, only credit card is accepted, thanks.

    NOTE 3:If you have some problem paying tax online, you can pay it to us plus 4 EUR handling fee which will be forwaded to our shipping company to pay the tax to customs for you and then France Customs would release the package. Please reply the email if you agree with this solution.
