To cancel pending order.

Welcome to TinyDeal,

 

If your order is still pending, you can cancel it by yourself in your order history.

My account--my order--order no.-- view details-- Cancel this pending order.

If your order is processing, please contact us as soon as possible. We will help you cancel it if the order hasn't been shipped yet.

But if your order has already been shipped out, we are unable to help you cancel it at all. When it comes to you, you don't sign it. It may be returned to us. But please tell us for that. If we can get it back, we will inform you via email and resend or refund for the case.

I received a damaged or broken item

Thanks for your support to TinyDeal.If you received a damaged or broken item, please contact us via our Customer Service and provide us with the required pictures to show the mistake.To complete the process, we need the following required documents:
1. Both sides of custom declaration form. (Example: http://downloads.tinydeal.com/packaging.jpg)2. The Model and PO number we marked on the product or on the package box. (Example: http://downloads.tinydeal.com/PO-number.jpg)3. Pictures with arrows pointing at the damaged part.Please also tell us if the package is intact or not on delivery.You can follow the steps below to upload the documents:

3. Select the Order Number
4. Select the Type of Email: Broken or Wrong or Less Items received
5. Upload the documents and the message.
It may take us 3 to 5 business days to process the information you uploaded and we will keep in touch with you.After we confirm the problem, we can discuss about the further solution.Note:
A. For package sent with a tracking number, if you received a damaged or broken item, you should come to complain with us within 5 days you got it. Or we would not handle your problem any more
B. For package sent without a tracking number, if you received a damaged or broken item, you should come to complain with us within 45 days from the day we sent it. Or we would not handle your problem any more.
C. We will not take any responsibility regarding the situations below:
a) The package is intact, no sign of open on the outside and the addressee signs for the package according to the procedure in the process of delivery. The addressee find some items are missing or damaged afterwords.

We do not accept returns of items which are based on limitations in the software. NOTE:
A.Customers should take responsibility for the postage to return and resend again. It will just cost you 5USD if you send back by normal post.
Please contact with your post office directly to confirm this and do not look the postage information from internet. The information on the internet may be not updated sometimes. We really don’t want our customer to hold a faulty item.
B.All customers should contact us by Customer Service first. TD will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
C.Please use the cheapest way to ship the item(s) back. If the customer returns the product via DHL, EMS, UPS and FedEx express without notifying us, he must be responsible for all the consequences such as tax we pay to get it back. And express courier services such as DHL, EMS, UPS and FedEx etc. are NOT eligible for return shipping cost reimbursement[*] Definition of delivery date: The delivery date is displayed on the courier’s tracking site. I received an incorrect item

How to use points for payment?

Thank you for your support to TinyDeal.

 

You could apply your points in the area of "Points Apply" when checking out. It will automatically calculate all your available points with a note "You have accumulated xx points". 

Please input integers only and make sure it values no more than 90% of the total order amount. 10 TD points equal to 1 usd. 

 

For example, if you have 6.29 points and making a  $0.38 order. You could use 0,1,2 or 3 points only. 6 points are more than 90%, which is not allowed.

Generally the total price we declare will be less than 32.00USD(Sometimes 50-60USD according to the shipping policy but declared price in any situation won’t be more than the one on the website)for custom clearance. If you have other request of this declaration, please inform us in the note on the checkout page when you order. Please check if you should pay any duty fee in your country. Return Defective Item

We try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition. If your product turns out to be defective (physical damage or incorrect use excluded), and the product is going to be returned, please note that customers should take responsibility for the return postage.

 

All customers should contact us by Customer Service Express (https://help.tinydeal.com/contact-us) before returning any item(s). TD will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance. When contacting us please include the following information:
1) Photos of the front and back of the packaging envelope or box
2) The picture of the model and PO number of the item

For defective items shipped from overseas direct, please contact us for solutions and do not return it to the sender’s address directly, because we have no staffs handling defective items there and it takes long time to ship them back to manufacturers from there. If any problem happens after you return it to sender’s address, for example item lost, we shall not be responsible. 

-- Within 180 days from the date of shipment
Policy: Upon being returned, the defective item will be repaired or replaced, or partially refunded. Return shipping fee will be sole responsibility of the customer.
Detail: If the product turns out to be defective within 180 days from the date of shipment, and customer returns the product to us, please note the return shipping costs will be on your sole responsibility. We will pay the shipping fees that we resend the products to you. However, depreciation fees and/or handling fees are needed for replacement or refund.

 

-- After 180 days from the date of shipment
Policy: Upon being returned, the defective item will be forwarded to the factory for repair or replacement. The shipping cost both ways will be covered by customers.
Detail: If the item becomes defective after 180 days from the date of shipment, we don’t suggest customers return our products as the warranty is expired, but customers are still allowed to send the unit back to us as long as the product is still on sales. We will help forwarding the item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement after the product arrives at our warehouse, the shipping cost both ways have to be covered by customers. Any cost incurred during the process will be at customer’s expense as well. Depreciation fees and/or handling fees are needed for replacement.

2, Please keep all packaging material (Including the warranty card if you have) as they're needed for returns. After returning the products, please provide us the tracking number of the returned package, if there is no tracking number available, a picture of shipping receipt is necessary.
  
3, Please note that customers should take responsibility for the return postage, and please use Regular airmail to ship the item(s) back. The sender is responsible for all the consequences such as tax if customers don’t notify us before returning the products via DHL, EMS, UPS and FedEx express. And express courier services such as DHL, EMS, UPS and FedEx etc. are NOT eligible for return shipping cost reimbursements.
 
4, Please remember to include a note in your returned package indicating the following details:
1) Your order number;
2) The returned item model;
3) Original tracking number;
4) Your return address and telephone number.
This note will help expediting the processing time for you.
 
5, Return Address and shipping cost: please contact TD Customer Service to confirm the address first. Generally it costs no more than 20USD if you send back by regular airmail, please contact your post office directly to confirm the cost.

 

6, If the warranty period/return policy in a specific category/product detail page is different from the policy above, please follow the category/product detail page: https://help.tinydeal.com/shipping-and-returns
 
7, Item(s) will not be under warranty if you take the item apart without our authorization, this is requested by our suppliers

 

8, Refunds can be taken as cash through your original paid account or TD Points. TD points refund does not cause any additional fees and does not expire.

 

9, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase which is not defective or damaged, you may return the item(s) within 7 days from the receipt of your shipment (Returns must be in the original box with all contents). Any cost incurred during the process will be at customer’s expense, besides, depreciation fees and/or handling fees is needed for replacement or a refund of the item value.

Welcome to TinyDeal.We provide free shipping for most items. You can notice the 'free shipping' mark in two places on our site.
The first place you can see is as following: The second place you will notice is below: As long as all the items in your order are with the 'free shipping' mark, we can offer free shipping for you.
Those orders without free shipping include:
a. The package is oversized. If the size of the package is too big, the post office may charge for extra postage for it. 
b. Some items in your order are not permitted to send in the free shipping way. Rules in the international shipping may not allow us to send some specific items in normal post. In this way, you have to pay for the postage of the specific way of shipping to send your order.  There are two kinds of free shipping. One is with tracking number, the other has no tracking number.
a. If your package value is less than 20USD, there is no tracking number for your free shipping.
